Seattle First

What is Seattle First?

A proactive program to retain and strengthen Seattle's Industrial Community.

The goal of Seattle First is to provide practical problem-solving services for industrial businesses facing challenges with governmental regulations or relocations. The program was designed by industrial business managers and owners. Service includes free access to a team of trouble-shooters from the private and public sector. In addition to problem-solving, Seattle First helps businesses tap into dozens of free and low cost services that are available to Seattle Industrial firms. "The goal is to make sure the program remains relevant to the daily needs of the business community," says Manufacturing Industrial Council Executive Director Dave Gering.
